I was treated here while on vacation on the cape because I had laryngitis after letting a virus go for too long. I wish I remembered the name of the person at the front desk who checked me in. He was so kind and professional and very patient with my whispered communication, The doctor’s name might or might not be Shay. Fantastic facility that appears to have every service you could need, including a pharmacy attached. My husband and I went for a checkup and was seen very quickly for urgent care. The gentleman working at the front desk the morning of 5/5 was wonderful and so incredibly helpful. The medical assistant, Dianne Cullen, was absolutely amazing and is a true asset to the center. Further, the doctor (Heather Duncan) was very thorough and took good care of my husband. Thank you so much - we can't recommend this place highly enough.
Went for urgent care, not a patient within their system. Actual urgent care experience was quick and simple with very friendly staff. Getting my results has been a different journey. A nurse called me after hours and I missed the call. I’ve called back twice a day since for my results and reception tells me I’m at the top of their nurse’s callback list. They indicated I could get results via MyChart, no luck. Incredibly frustrating experience. Had to go to another urgent care and do it all over again.
It's never fun to need medical care when you are traveling, but every single staff person here was so incredibly kind and helpful that I have nothing but gratitude.
