They have a very rude front desk staff. I have blue cross in network insurance and they are insisting I pay $290 to be seen in urgent care today. Filing a complaint with blue cross . I pay a huge monthly premium. I am not on Medicare,Medicaid or Mass Health They refused to see me today. I do not have a primary care doctor because are not accepting any new patients. What a scam. This needs to be investigated ASAP
I came here earlier in the week to get checked for a 5 day flu, little did I know three days later I’m back on a Saturday needing stitches in my finger! Excellent service both times and I am especially happy with how quickly I got in on Saturday and the stitches didn’t cost very much at all! Cheers to the staff!
