Wonderful relaxing experience, definitely recommend!
Loved this experience! It was very relaxing and rejuvenating to the mind, body, & soul! I wish this was closer to home so I could reap the benefits more routinely.
The Salt Cave experience was very relaxing. I did a 90 minute massage, and the massage therapist was very thorough and experienced with the massaging. I believe it was the best massage I ever had!! I had very tight back muscles from playing sports and sitting at a desk for long periods of time and she was able to loosen my muscles and tension. It was so relaxing and I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend to come here for any massage needs as well as the salt cave itself for health.
Everything about the Salt Cave is great! This is a must go to while on the Outer Banks! When you first walk in, you’re greeted by the very friendly people - Selena, or Abbey. There are so many options to help improve your wellbeing here… from the salt cave to the infrared sauna, and the foot salt lamps to the foot massagers.
