The Outer Banks Salt Cave is a great compliment to any relaxing beach getaway. My husband and I enjoyed the massage chairs with foot massage and the infrared sauna. You can count on: accommodating staff, clean facilities, & a beautiful setting. We left feeling relaxed and happy. I highly recommend incorporating this experience into your vacation plans!
Just walking into this place is relaxing! It’s pretty, it’s serene, it’s friendly, it’s clean…I’ve been here several times now & used the cave, the express booth (perfect reset for a stressful work day during lunch!) & most recently the detox booth (which provided instant allergy relief!). Every experience has been phenomenal! The website is easy to book appointments through & full of all the information about their services. They also always have a cute selection of gift items.

Tried Reiki for the first time-What an incredible experience. The calming energy and peaceful environment made it truly restorative. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to realign, release stress, and embrace a little stillness. I was grateful for the opportunity to slow down!
