Just stopped in to look around and everyone there went out of their way to help me. A sales person greeted us as soon as we pulled up. He was very nice and even more helpful. The parts guy is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He went out of his way to get me what I needed and did everything he could to save me a few bucks in the process. They didn't have a tech there today. I was having a small problem with an oil leak. I called and spoke to Heather about poker chips and if they could be shipped to me. She was so AWESOME. She helped me through the whole process and im getting my chips at a good price and cheap shipping. Also she told me about lighthouse tours. She went above and beyond. She was so friendly and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH! !! I will swing by when I go to the beach next. Again a heartfelt thank you Heather!!!
Just getting the word out. several people warned me about Outer Banks Harley Davidson, to my own detriment I ignored it. Bottom line... I bought a 2014 Fat Boy end it dies constantly. if it's off of a trickle charger for more than a day it's done. Outer Banks Harley keeps telling me that it's all my fault. Prior to this bike I had a Road King that never died on me once. I traded that road king in which i had already paid $10,000 into, and rarely drove because I was deployed to Afghanistan every year the entire time I owned i... read more
