As a loyal Harley customer I wasn't disappointed. Friendly staff, great selection of bikes and apparel.
Unbelievable Service. They are friendly, knowledgeable,patient and attentive to you the minute you walk through the door. Jeff and the rest of the staff were great. Been in and out of this dealership a few times for service a few times never had an issue. Decided it was time to trade in and they took good care of me. Loving the new Road Glide.
People were more interested in playing on there phones. Store was dirty. Older gentleman was nice.
I would like to thank Jamie and his staff for helping me with the purchase of my bike a little over a year. Had problems with the LED lights recently and they were great helping it get replaced. Thanks again Outer Banks HD.
