I took some time to let things play out. Johnny was always friendly. I had a vision and he made it come to life. It can be a stressful process. Overall, the end result has been great. After completion, we've still been in contact and his responses have been prompt. Things happen. No project or process is perfect, but it was still a quick full backyard renovation in about 5 months (Pool, hardscape, landscape). We would use their services again.
Outdoor design group is outstanding! They came into our, not completed, project from another company and not only finished it but improved the design. Odin has the best ideas, and their crew executed them perfectly. This company is top notch, as the different phases of the project were given completion dates they made sure they were finished. Great backyard design and quality instal for a vacation rental client of mine. I am particularly impressed with their warranty process. A few minor things were addressed and fixed a year or so after instal. It is hard to get companies out for warranty work.. but not these guys. Thanks!
From design, to installation and follow-up, OutdoorScapes Design has been excellent to work with. Very high quality work and professional approach. I would highly recommend Giovanni and his crew.
