They are rude. I was told the gate pad works on a battery when I called to complain that gate wasn’t working. Erica told me it was a battery and I explained I owned a storage facility in another state and it was not a battery. She then said power company called and said power was out. I don’t believe it because gate pad still had electricity.
Please listen and don't store anything here. The will take no responsibility for anything and have horrible customer service. During work on their lot they hit our camper. They have not nor intend to financially take responsibility for the repairs. They do not have liability insurance and will not return emails or phone calls. Go somewhere else!
