OSI did an awful job and refuses to help fix my yard they killed off. I attempted to talk to the department manager, Patrick, about my issues, but after leaving him 3 voicemails over a 1 month span I hadn’t heard anything back and decided to go another route. First time having my lawn serviced by a company. Very first treatment I’ve lost over 12 established plants that were in flower beds. Needless to say, I will not have my lawn serviced again. I was not even reimbursed for my plants.

I have had OSI for the last 4 years and the personnel have been always professional and knowledgeable about the service they are doing. From the Administrative Assistances to the Owner, they care about the customer. My lawn has never looked better and I have a wealth of problems, being I am Rural. They have assessed my problems and have alleviated them. I tried skipping a year of service...never again. I've learned my lesson. Call OSI now and talk to the professionals. 608-786-3202.

They did a terrible job installing my sprinkler system, mud everywhere, ruined my lawn. Unprofessional, tracked mud into my house and on my carpet.

My parents have used OSI for 5 or 6 years now. This year is the worst service they have received. They have high turnover for their technicians so the good ones have left. I think next year we will find a different law care service.

We just had our first treatment with OSI. The technician, Chris, did a great job. We are looking forward to a great lawn.
