Purchased a new rzr from them had to bring it in to get a axle put on and the service dept.was so rude and doesn't even try to help then lie to you in your face tried to get them to fill out a claim to send to polaris said he was going to do it but never did I've heard bad about this place but wanted to try them out but I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to even waste there time. Didn't have 1 problem with a salesman just service
Bought a brand new jet ski from outdoor and the foam padding was messed up. They agreed to fix it I've been waiting a year now. I've called non stop the parts department never called or having some excuse every single time. It's just foam padding which isn't alot and it's sad that they couldn't handle it. I'll never spend another dime with them again.
You guys are the BEST!!! Always take care of us in a professional & timely manner!!
