My snowblower had an issue with the forward drive, which would not engage. With a big storm days away, they came, picked up the blower, repaired it, and got back to me before the storm. Amazing service. I highly recommend having your power equipment serviced here.

I called their service department this afternoon told them I has a small 3.5 HP snowblower and the cord on the starter broke. Casey asked me if I had a way to get it over told him yes, drove over and dropped it off, a few hours later Casey called said it was ready. Fast excellent service and very fair price, I would highly recommend Outdoor Power.for any repairs.

Any time I called the phone was answered by people who sounded like they hate their job, their life, or both. Customer service aside, I waited over three weeks for a repair to my chainsaw that worked for about two minutes after I (paid over $200 and) got it back. Brought it to another Stihl dealer who had it fixed in less than five minutes for about $10. And they even showed me the damaged part that Outdoor Power had left inside. If I had a wheelbarrow with a flat tire I’d bring it somewhere else
