Any time I called the phone was answered by people who sounded like they hate their job, their life, or both. Customer service aside, I waited over three weeks for a repair to my chainsaw that worked for about two minutes after I (paid over $200 and) got it back. Brought it to another Stihl dealer who had it fixed in less than five minutes for about $10. And they even showed me the damaged part that Outdoor Power had left inside. If I had a wheelbarrow with a flat tire I’d bring it somewhere else
Two years later, brought my Gravely 52" Z in for an ignition switch warranty. Guys helped me out with a fouled.ug on my Toro Timemaster. Pretty happy with this place.
Extremely disappointed in the attitudes that come with doing business with these guys! The service manager has quite the chip on his shoulder and tried over selling me on things that were already replaced on my equipment. $197.00 for two rubber fuel lines and a fuel prime ball is highway robbery, but I also noticed that they replaced my spark plug and fuel filter ($22) that I just did in the beginning of the season! Never again, should have just done it myself with no attitude!
Been a customer of Outdoor Power for years. Nobody is perfect, but the effort to to be is what matters. These guys have gone above and beyond for myself and numerous other customers that I have referred to them. I walked into the service department yesterday (8-28) to drop off some tires to get tubes installed. The service manager was on the phone with a customer that was in my opinion, very rude and obviously not satisfied. This place has had my mower for 4 months and it still is not repaired. When I call to find out why I get a very miserable and rude guy who just says I need to be patient cause it take time for the warranty company to come through. I will never calling to get my mower back and will never use them again.
