The worst customer service from Scott Brown... Husband and i were talking about ordering a carport and a guy comes in and he asked to help the guy. The guy was looking for work and apparently knew Scott! We were not done, as we were making decisions and asking questions. Another associate was also there that sure could have helped him. She ignored us when we came in, so that should have been the first sign of this business. Saying hello would have gone a long way in customer service... I believe he realized the guy wanted work and expected it to be a brief conversation so he could finish answering your questions. Our other “associate” is not a sales rep and only sends in paperwork. My wife and i had been looking to buy a storage shed, so we made the trip to Outdoor Options and found a 12x24 with the roll up door we wanted at a great price. I would advise anyone to shop there, great people.
