Dana is honest, fair and he has pride of ownership in all that he does. I've been doing business there for as long as I can remember and have never been let down or left hanging. Unbelievable service and shop! Have done business with them several times and always leave there feeling satisfied and confident. Hard to find a shop like this nowadays with Great People and Awesome products!!!!
Worst business ever! Wish I would have never bought anything here.... apparently it's ok to charge people for services they never approve you to complete and then when they are told not too touch it and I would pay the bill they still did what I told them not to. And very rude when questioned about it. Apparently money grows on trees in their back yard but not mine. Never would I complete a service on someone's equipment without their approval.

I priced the box stores and Dana was lower or equal to their price. The reason I bought with them was they are local, they service their stuff in house, and they delivered my snow blower for free with a full tank of gas. Gotta love how the local guy goes the extra step.
Very nice and helpful people. I purchased some carburetor parts for a old snowblower engine. I asked what the best way was to remove one of the small pieces and they actual took a minute to remove it for me! That was a pleasant surprise. You do not get that kind of service if you order parts off the Internet. Support small business and buy local.
Took the time to answer all my questions, while busy. Very helpful and honest. They have a life long customer in me! Thanks!
