****Just an update as of 9/18/25***** After the initial install we were thrilled. Since that time we have had a couple issues with things. At first they would respond and say someone would be out and then they would no show. That went on for a while and now they just ignore phone calls messages and text messages. They say a 1 year warranty on irrigation and plants but apparently do not honor it. So now my wife and I have to pay another company to come out tomorrow and fix our issues. Joe’s team came and did pavers after a long wait because of Covid he couldn’t get the materials. Then finally the job was completed . After short while the polymeric sand came out in many areas on the patio I left several messages and no return calls. Please Joe if you read this please give me a call to remedy this we have spent thousands of dollars!
Joseph and Outdoor Kreations were amazing to work with. Extremely responsive from start to finish with our landscaping project around a newly installed pool. From the first phone call through the planning stages and all the way through the project Joseph was there for us. Luis and the crew were extremely nice and were a pleasure to have working at the house. There attention to detail and the work they performed was amazing. Over the years I have had many contractura come and go. But wow was I blown away by the profesionalism and the quality of work. Joseph and his crew were great to work with. I won't have anyone else work on my property. Highly recommend then!
