RecommendedI rented a bunch of camping gear from Outdoors Geek for a two week solo trip out west. It was so easy to pick the gear I wanted online, and everything was ready and packed up in a nice pack for me when I got to the store. I ran into some heavy snow and slow traffic on I-70 on the way back in and was not going to make it in time to get the gear back before the store closed. I would highly recommend Outdoors Geek. Wanted to go backpacking again after 20 years. Rented a tent, bear canister, water filter, and a backpack. Get the freeaze dried food from them. Their pricies are resonable. Their equipment had extras that made my trip awesome. Tent was rain proof. Backpack came with a rain cover; came in handy when it rained. Backpack had a daypack inside which also came in handy. Also got awesome advice on things to buy and where to go. Took their advice and hiked up to Emmaline Lake. Loved it!!!
Outdoors Geek is an amazing company! Great customer service.....I rented gear from them for a group a teens spending five days on the AT. The gear was in great condition, shipped easily to Baltimore, and the customer services was amazing!
Outstanding company, you won't find any better service or a company more reliable. Anything from tenting to concierge they've got you covered!!
I rented the backpacking bundle for a 3 day trip this weekend. I requested the bundle for Thursday, it was slated to arrive Wednesday and it actually arrived Monday...from Colorado to Maryland. The equipment was spotless, and functioned exactly as expected. Over $1,000 worth of outdoor equipment for $225. I had a blast on the Appalachian Trail with this stuff!
What a great place. Great gear, rad service. Wicked easy to find from the airport and cool recommendations for camping. If you come to Denver and can't bring your own gear like us, hit up these guys for sure!

Travelling from Europe to Nebraska via Denver for the 2017 Eclipse and needed camping gear for two for a few days. Close enough to the airport and good opening hours meant this was by far the better (and cheaper!!) solution. Picked up the gear that was waiting and ready and returned it 4 days later without any hassle. Everything was quality gear in mint condition except the spark igniter in the jetboil Flash stove that needed some tweaking to get working. Minor detail. Thanks Frank, we are glad you had a great experience! Those stinking spark igniters on the Jetboils are very frustrating sometimes. Most of the time we use matches to start our Jetboils just because of that issue. Either way we are so happy you had a great time and we hope to serve you again soon!
