The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. There was no communication, no organisation and no systems in place to track my order. I had to chase several times to find out what was happening. It’s a good thing they sell quality brands, otherwise they would have gone out of business a long time ago.

She was very helpful with her product knowledge , friendly and went out of her way to be accommodating for my requirements. Absolutely stoked with the service at Alfresco Outdoors & Heating in Warners Bay! The team really know their stuff when it comes to BBQs, outdoor heating, and furniture. Picked up a new Weber and got great advice on how to get the perfect cook every time. The store is well laid out, plenty of stock, and the guys were super helpful. Highly recommend if you’re after quality gear and top-tier customer service.
