The bowls got here right on time and were beautiful. They were great to work with! Couldn't ask for better experience.
Great products and communication (by Chris) all along the way. We are very happy with our fire bowls, and they look great on our pool. Since these had to be installed, I really appreciated that the bowls included the installation kit and the documentation for our installer.

Customer service was great. They helped us pick out the perfect water/fire bowls. Even during COVID-19, they did a great job getting the bowls to us to meet our schedule. The bowls were delivered in perfect condition. They are installed now and are working beautifully!
We just finished our backyard and we took the best decision by buying & installing a fire pit from Outdoor Fire & Patio. The quality of the fire pit is exceptional and made all the difference in our backyard. It was packaged very well for the trip across the country. I recommend these products to your backyard. I am planning to order more products for our front & backyard. My sales representative (Chris) was very helpful send me samples over night and answered all my questions by phone call, e-mails and text messages.

Ordered 2 - 30" Maya Fire bowls for our pool area and they are great. Added the bullet burners which is worth the money. Very happy with the products and customer service. Chris was very helpful in the ordering process. Products package well and arrived earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend.

He is quick to answer your questions or concerns either by phone or email, he even called me off hours to make sure my questions were answered. We are 110% satisficed with our waterfall fire bowls. Beautiful construction, well made, and an excellent finish. They look stunning! The bullet burners are totally worth the extra upgrade price. They are a great company and are highly recommended!
