I absolutely love my new Luxe Fire Pit from Outdoor Fire and Patio. It has high quality workmanship. I am glad I ordered the brass burner. It displays a strong and realistic flame which I find to be mesmerizing as I look at it on these cool autumn nights. I also ordered a high quality cover that allows air movement which discourages mold growth while covered. Overall, I am very pleased with my fire pit and it has become the focal point in my outdoor living space.

We had an incredible experience dealing with Outdoor Fire and Patio. The communication was greatly appreciated as this was our first purchase of a fire feature. Our designer and architect suggested a Low Profile concrete fire bowl; however his recommended company never responded with pricing or any details so I stepped in and found Chris at Outdoor Fire and Patio via Instagram. What an incredible company to work with! ***** was so helpful throughout the whole process and his knowledge and expertise allowed us to choose the perfect fire bowl for our needs. I had very limited knowledge initially and ***** was so patient and kind, ensuring that I understood everything and made the right choices for my family's needs. He was super easy to communicate with, and the product quality is gorgeous! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I purchased and was delivered a beautiful Fire Pit Cover In Nov. of 2021, by February 2022 the mesh of the cover was completely rusted. The black "paint" was completely rusted through. I called and left messages and sent Chris two to three emails with NO REPLY. I specifically asked Chris if the black plating was oxide and he confirmed that it was, but it was not.
