the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've been trying to get parts for my bbq area for the last 8+ years, pretty much since I had my bbq area built. The handles on everything oxidized and pealed within the first year. I've spoken to several people on several occasions and have been told that parts aren't in, or that there's no record of me calling previously and that I would get handles shipped to me, or that I would get a call when the handles were in.
