I frequently visit this location and today was the worst experience ever! We were waited on by Marissa and the service was horrible. Besides her crappy attitude and waiting on to drinks to be refilled more than once she spent the majority of her time chewing the fat with a few individuals hanging out at the bar!
We frequent Outback however today's service was not delightful. Marissa seemed annoyed to even be at work. Had to wait for refills not once but twice. Dropped check quickly as if rushing us to be done. Overall experience today was not inviting. Food was good though. Manager walked by but never stopped.
Love eating on the "bar side" because the ladies are so friendly and efficient. Have 92 year old friend that eats little and asks for child menu. Don't appreciate the attitude of some waitresses in dining area and refusing to give her a drink because she's over 12!
It's outback food and service.
