On June 20th 2024,went to Outback for my 48th Anniversary. Worse service I've had in years. The hostess let us set and wait for about 20 minutes, with several empty booths in the lounge. Finally she came back and said you can just pick a seat in the lounge. Then we had three different servers,no greeting not even a smile this continued through out the meal. Outback at 3690 E Bay is the best! Ally was our server & very attentive. Meals were as ordered, great, & prompt especially for a Friday night. Can't help but recommend!

While dining here, I overheard management (Brent) yell at my waitress. Saying things like women aren't as capable as men. Being very sexist, and a womanizer. I asked my waitress if she was okay, and her reply back was "This isn't the first time this happened, and it probably won't be the last." These poor girls that have to work under this extremely disrespectful and disgusting manager..... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND due to management. Food was alright, I've had better.
This location hired bbgt zero to 1 to any range of specifications they make up to be dysfunctional In our normal society! They get in the way of everything and every department bringing out their stupid individual needs we don’t care about that garbage ever . I have always had a great sirloin steak at outback but my Grandson is in the army in Georgia and he ordered a sirloin steak dinner for my birthday on January 20 and I was so disappointed, my sirloin steak was so tough I couldn’t eat it. Terrible experience. I have frequented Outback for years and have always looked forward to the experience. No longer. Had a reservation for 6PM on 12/20/2023 and they could not find it. They were not busy and seated us anyway. We waited and waited for a waitress. After 10 minutes, a young new waitress arrives and told us what she couldn't do. Wow, outback has gone down. No more porterhouse, prime rib, New York, herb chicken, Buffalo Wings nor on tap fosters!!! Just an over priced bone in New York, tasted like old meat, no more signature seasoning... beyond disappointed, never will return
