We had an amazing experience at Outback in Lubbock. Our server Josh B made our dining experience even better. All of our food/drinks were perfect. Everyone we encountered were friendly, helpful to guests and their teammates. Josh B went out of his way to write a note on our receipt sending will wishes and prayers for my surgery that I was having the next day. We will definitely be returning. We arrived at 9:45 the restaurant closed at 11:00. I cannot remember when a server seemed so in a hurry to get off. She didn’t serve the one thing my wife wanted, a bowl of soup. She then said “oh I forgot” that was the only thing she ordered! Then we ordered dessert and before it came the server brought the bill and said, “here you go” and we hadn’t even received our dessert! They took forever and messed up the order on top of being overpriced for what you get it was terrible
Staff was great, Judy stopped for a drink. Very nice.
