We just visited Outback in Fairfax, VA on Lee Hwy, and bartender brought hot water to my daughter, who is only 2.5, in a kid's cup with a straw. She burned her tongue and started crying loudly in the restaurant. Manager did not bother to come to the table until my husband told bartender we would like to speak with the manager. Oh another ironic part is that manager kept saying there was probably a miscommunication and that bartender probably heard that we wanted hot water for cleaning silverware, when the water was in ready ... read more
