I have frequented many Outback restaurants but this one thoroughly disappointed me. The service was awful! I had to ask for sugar for my tea 3 times. My steak was undercooked and the lobster was so small it took only 2 bites to finish it. Had to ask 4 times for more ice for my tea. Horrible service. I had asked for extra salad dressing and barely got just enough w/out any extra. The lady behind me talked very loudly about her health problems... so appetizing... NOT. Outback, in general, began a downward spiral a few years ago with higher prices, smaller drinks and smaller salads. You can't even get artificial sweetner on the table anymore. You have to ask for it! This Easter weekend, our family decided to give the Hermitage location another chance to redeem itself. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and we left there saying "Outback - never again!" 1/21/2016-Visited Outback at 5200 Monroe St., Toledo, OH around 2 PM for lunch. What a terrible experience! My mother and I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to show up, greet and seat us. There were customers in the restaurant, but staff was no where to be seen. Our first bloomin' onion was burned and we were given a new one once we complained. not pleased. they told me there was a 25 minute wait and there were lots of open tables. I guess they're not interested in making money or pleasing customers

Ordered filet steak, medium. Filet was mostly grizzle, like some kind of end cut. Manager replaced with extremely thin steak, very well done. Really bad. This franchise is rapidly turning into a second rate dining experience. Better steaks at a family diner than this "steakhouse." I will not return.

we visited Outback on 1/3/15 and the service was terrible! then after complaining to the manager, who didn't seem to mind, the service only got worse! my steak was over cooked and my fries were cold. we went because it was my moms birthday we explained this to the manager and she offered my mom a free dessert... wow thank you outback!!! WE NOW KNOW NEVER TO GO THERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Food was horrible wings and coconut shrimp not cooked sent them back all they did wa re dip and fry again so i got a heaping mess of chewy grease manager WAS HORRIBLE did not care to address our concerns an brushed us off NEVER seen someone let alone a manger so rude! Will NEVER go to this location again ONLY nice thing I can say ia our waiter (the bartender) was AMAZING !

Horrible experience After 10 years of not going I took my wife telling her how amazing it was. Waited an hour to get in after being told 30 min. Waited in booth for 20 minutes before drinks were ordered. Never got bread and when food was ordered it took 25 min to get it. No horseradish came after if was requested she said yes and never brought it or told us anything but kept walking past us twice. Left very upset and 50dollars later. Worst customer service ever. Wife's steak well done and ordered medium rare. Never go back
