Checked my bank account after eating there Friday evening. They charged my card THREE times. Called on Sunday to ask why that happened and the guy nonchalantly said the additional charges would fall off. Uh no. They're still there and not pending. He said they may not be able to do anything about it unless I had my receipt...which I don't. Do not go here unless you want your card charged multiple times!

We have been going to this Outback for almost 20 years. It is our #1 spot for dinner.
Went there with my girlfriend for her birthday yesterday (5-25-17, a Thursday) and I could not have been more pleased. It was at about 5 o'clockish and not very busy. Reggie was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing. Great dude and amazing service. He went above and beyond with his service and his tableside manner. The food was delicious and the manager was also extremely welcoming. Perfect birthday experience.

Slow service! The waitress and a few others were chatting away at the bar when we came in. There wasn't very many people there at that time and we still had to wait to be seated. Another employee had to go get the hostess which happened to be our waitress also. Then we sat at the table for ten minutes or so without ever seeing her.
