There Were Issues but We Visted on VDay so I understand. But There was still some unproductive and unprofessional workers
There were 7 of us, they seated us quickly, brought out drinks, appetizers, and salads in a timely manner. The only problem we had, which was no problem at all was they were outta medium cut prime rib, which was ok, we just went to a fillet. Can't remember out waiters name, ( Graham, Grant ) something like that, but he was exceptional, took really good care of us.. we brought our family in as a" last night together " dinner, cause we live in Jackson TN, but we're visiting family in Ramer... It was AWESOME!!!!!!
My Husband and I have been to this location twice since it opened...Great experience both times. The Ahi tuna and grilled salmon is superb and my favorite, the Wallaby Darned cocktails are too.
Arron was awesome. Great service and best steak ever.
Food was cold no refills took to long to be seated
We met my grandparents for a late lunch and visit with them 2 pm. The restaurant was nearly empty. Our server was okay, and got the order correct. However, the food arrived slowly, room temperature at best, and the kids' menu grilled chicken was rather peppery for a kid. The rest of us ordered burgers (no special requests, 3 medium, 2 well, 2 salads, 3 fries) It was said we could have gotten more enjoyment out of fast food compared to the food we were served.
