Service wasn't that great and they kept messing up my husband's and sis n law's orders. I did enjoy the steak dip and coconut shrimp and my son enjoyed his mac n cheese. Long story short, we shouldn't have had to wait as long as we did and keep sending stuff back. Arrived and seated at 4 something and didn't leave until way after 6. smh
The whole experience was terrible from the start!!
i wish i could say somthing good but 2 weeks n a row now ive gone there when i didnt feel like cooking for a 2go order and both times ordered a medium steak, this time even clarified i wanted it pink all thru, this seems well done to me....mostly grey, stringy and dried out....i thought you guys were called Outback "steakhouse"...?

I want to let everyone know that I would not recommend Outback Steakhouse to anyone right now. I called and the young lady that answered the phone transferred me which would ring for a few minutes, and then it would forward back to her. This happened at least a dozen times. On the 9th or 10th time, I asked the persons name. She then hung up on me. I called back and before I could speak she transferred me again - I am still going through the ring around. Great service all around and the food was great
Had a magnificent server his name was Bleu
We purchased dinner for two from Outback and they brought us someone else's food which was not what we ordered at all, apparently food for one person (so a lot less food than what we ordered. Driver would not respond to texts to come back; could not get in contact with DoorDash (no phone, chat down, no email portal). Finally got through earlier this week and they flatly refused us a refund or comp of any kind. Glad there are other delivery services in town because they will get all of our business.
