Wood grill shrimp was delicious
We had a great meal...my husband has a swallowing disorder and they were very accommodating in preparing his food especially for him. Our waitress was excellent!
Every time I go it’s always something .. either my waitress have an attitude or my food not cooked right .
I DO NOT recommend this location! Food was good but the service was subpar. The manager Justin was nothing short of horrible. He stated there was a problem and said he would understand if we left, what so called manager says that. He didn’t bother to try to take action for their mishap, instead he apologized as if that would ever make me want to patronize that establishment ever again. If I were you I’d go to the Prattville location where the food is good but they also know how to treat their patrons.
Ate at Outback for the first time. For some reason I’ve never eaten at any Outback. The only real complaints I have is the A1 Steakhouse was watered down. I’ve never seen this at any steakhouse. I think they need to fix this problem as it is a sauce that cannot be altered. My steak was just Ok at best. Server also mis quoted the prices of the drinks. Will I go there again? Yes, but will be very cautious ordering. I would give this steakhouse a 2.5 out of 5 stars. It was just OK 👍🏽
Literally been sitting outside 15 minutes past the time that my food was suppose to be ready. I've seen 5 cars pull up and leave and I'm just sitting her. I tried to give you all the benefit of the doubt because I did place my order when I got to the Take-a-way parking spot,but my food should've been ready at 7:34 and it is now 7:51! I'm never coming here again 😡
Went in for my mother in laws birthday dinner. Everything was great, until I got my main course. The steak was spoiled, however, the way the server handled it, along with the manager, was great. Even though, I didn’t eat the second steak, I did bring it home. I’ve never had a bad experience, so this moment was a shocker. It will not stop me from going back. Things happen, but I’m glad it was me and not some other person, that would’ve probably made a scene. I really enjoyed everything else!!! Food, family, and fun
We had an excellent server on Sunday, August 11. Her name is Gillian and she treated us so well that we wanted to applaud her. Thank you, Gillian, for such an enjoyable experience; thank you, Outback, for some good food and a really nice venue for time with friends.
Great customer service from beginning to end and the foods was delicious.
