The new shrimp & steak combo was horrible steak over done , no garlic on shrimp lots a butter & tomatoe...poor, poor however our waiter Wesley was very nice
My sister and I took my elderly parents to Outback for a rare dinner out. We are both from the Mid-West. Our server Brianne was wonderful. Towards the end of our meal a waitress near our table dropped a bowl of greasy dressing. It showered three of us landing all over our clothes and all over my handicapped father’s eyeglasses and wheelchair! (It would have got in his eyes if he didn’t have glasses). Every time I go to the Jupiter location the prime rib you ask for medium rare and you get well done. The timing from the blooming onion to your salad is like within 3 minutes not enough time to enjoy yourself
Bad service all around. Manager was nice though once she noticed we haven’t been waited on for about 20 minutes, had no drinks, need a box, and a check. ALSO they did remove an item that I had a free coupon for. ��
Went to dinner with my husband a year ago. The service was lousy even though we were one of 4 tables in the whole place. We asked for bread and a beer, which never came. Beer Finally came with salad and our whole meal. Felt extremely rushed. Went again last night with a friend. My medium rare Prime rib was an absolute joke. I've never seen such a terrible looking piece of meat, not to mention my whole meal was just thrown on a small plate. Came in early in the evening on New Years Eve. There were 4 of us. We got seated fairly quickly and our server was Jeanna. We ordered drinks and apps and steaks and even dessert and everything came out quickly and was so good ! The service was great too ! Jeanna did a wonderful job ! We were very happy with our visit �
