Because service is not good
My medium steak was well done . But other then that.... ok... wait staff was awesome....
Check in online is BS. Checked in online said no wait. We got there 15 minutes later for a 25 minute wait. Hostess very rude, says we have to wait outside in the heat. Me and my wife can not breathe well in the heat. So we left. Will not be back‼️
