Steak was tough and tasteless , the cucumbers in the salad were bitter, and the baked potato was still hard ! waitress was not that great either. not impressed and will not be back.
Bad service and all of our food: bloomin onion, salad and steak all came out at the same time. Then our steaks were not cooked to the right temperature we ordered. Waitress had an attitude and no manager around to speak to. This location needs to close!
food was not cooked to order. mac and cheese was actually noodles and they didn't care to explain it til it came out to the table and we asked. it took a half hour to get seated after we called ahead.
RecommendedShout out to Outback on S. Florida Ave in Lakeland, FL!! They are amazing! I picked up a late lunch today after a very stressful morning in surgery at my job at an animal hospital and found something that made my day! Thank you, S. Florida Ave Outback!!!!! My cheesefries are amazing!
