RecommendedTonight me and my family went out to dinner for the first time since COVID started last year. Our server Jennifer was trying her best to bring out our food but the kitchen was not helping. To say the least our busted went from good to slow fall to poor. Bianca the new manager that just took this location over came over and we had a conversation about our experience. Yum. Very good Everything was good
Waited in line over 1 hour to receive cold food from curbside. People were buy passing the line of cars and parking and walking to the door and getting their food while the rest of us waited in our cars.
Ordered food on 12/12. After waiting the hour to go pick up as instructed sat in parking lot another 45 minutes. All this waiting just to bring my hockey puck hamburgers (plural) that were to be medium rare. They were literally charred and highly disappointing, my rare sirloin that was dry, shoe leather. So very well done. At this point we were so angry we tossed everything. worse 90$ spent! we have received a lot of take out during these times NEVER experienced anything like this. STAY Away.

Over 2 hours since I ordered online. Called in 50 minutes ago and they said it was on the way, I live 16 minutes away. They have lost a long time customer!
Ordered food curbside. No sauces for any of the 4 orders of chicken fingers. Burnt cheese fries. Everyone else’s fries were fine but the ones that needed to be put in the broiler.

We were promptly seated, and within minutes, our server Richard, was taking our drink and appetizer order. Our Bloomin onion was cooked to perfection and not too greasy. Salads were fresh and served on chilled plates. The steaks were tasty and cooked to perfection! Drinks were "full strength," meaning they were full pours.
