My family and I arrived around 5 pm yesterday and we were told there would be a 25 minute wait. We decided to sit outside because seating was limited. Our wait ended up being almost an hour. The managers came out and wanted guests to sit on pollen filled furniture. We still weren’t waited on so we got up and left!

Waitress was friendly and professional. A skeleton crew was on top of it. Did not have to wait for food. Great job outback staff
