We ate dinner at the Durham location. The service was very bad this particular visit. We ordered the special, nothing difficult... drink refills were slow, service slow, check slow... ended up paying cash just so we could get out of there after 2 hours!
The service was decent. The server was very polite however, the wait time for being seated was a little long. I asked for broccoli with cheese and it came to me without cheese. I was still charged for cheese. But that was corrected. Its the attention to detail that matters. The food was good as usual.
The food was great, our waitress was amazing. My husband and I love going to eat at the Outback!
It was the worst experience ever!! The waiter service was terrible. He was a twin and I wish we had the other one cause he was jus terrible all around! It took bout 15 minutes for him to come then another 10 minutes or so for we got our drinks! Don't kno if he thought we want going to leave a tip or what but he made our time there awful!!!

In town on business this past week, visited several times. Always greeted cheerfully and professionally. Food came from the kitchen promptly. Server Kayla took good care of me during lunch on Saturday. Dan and Leanne run an efficient and friendly bar. It is apparent that management and employees have stepped up to improve service. Keep up the good work!
I had never eaten there before. The food was delicious and the waitress was very good to us. Will go back
I love Outback. Their wedge salad is genius and the best salad I've ever tasted. I have to go at least once a week and have one because I crave them. They're really out of this world. They are also very affordable. Sometimes I just get the wedge salad for my dinner. It's a huge salad for a reasonable price. I really enjoy it.
