RecommendedGreat place to eat! The only downside was that we had to wait nearly two hours for a table.
we waited for an hour on a table then they tell me that I wasn't in the system but they seated my wife and I then it really went bad, the first. blooming onion was burnt and the second one was raw, we waited 45 more minutes on our food before we told them to give us our check....then the manager tried to give me a 20 dollar gift card

Very slow waited for ketchup forever they said all the cups was dirty.. then they never came to refill our water glasses, never came to clean off table , left a broom unattended in middle isle probed on a chair ! Not a happy camper very disappointed.
Idk what’s happened, but this place use to be a good place to eat at an this was it cants get a stake cooked the way you want it, leaves out your sides server takes away the plate then the manger brings it back an I’m like really... NEVER EVER HAVE I SEEN THIS BEFORE. I will take my money to the Chattanooga location if they can’t get things fixed right here in Dalton,Ga.
My battery died while I was waiting on my food and Kayla and a nice family helped me charge my battery and get home safe! By the way our food was perfect and wonderful! Great food and great service!!! Kudos!!!
