So I take my girlfriend to Outback. in Modesto tonight only to receive to worst service and food we have ever encountered. Were done with Outback!!!! When you question the waitress and she gets teary-eyed and says your aggressive because we asked to speak to the manager

I placed an online order,for pick-up service. The website had a time listed that it would be completed by, I sat and waited 20 minutes past the due time, I still believe that if I did not call, the order would have never been fullfiled. I wish I could attach the picture I took of the lobster tail, 1 of the smallest I have ever seen, 1 of the fries was thicker (not an exaggeration).& to top it off the food was cold. Never again.

Prime Rib is overflowing with "Salt" to the point of gagging! I was told "well that is the way we make it"! If a customer wants salt on their food "let them add it"! The broccoli w/cheese is too salty! The waitress was rude - she spilled a drink on my sweater & ignored it. I asked two waitresses for a glass of water - waited 15 to 20 min & had to ask a 3rd person. The servers should treat couples the same - Not ignore 1 person. Next time we go out to eat we will go to the Elephant Bar!
