An hour wait for our food. Kitchen seems to be lacking today. Get it together!
I remember why we stopped going to Outback all the time. Use to be our go to place but towards the end and even now, still can't get a well done steak right. And when I asked for a to go box so I can just take my steak home and cook it more because it wasn't well done, the server didn't say anything and just got me a to go box.
It was ok not the best food or service we got there 30 mins before closeing waited 25 mins before anyone came to wait on us the food was over cooked
Well, when I pulled up at the carry out parking space I was greeted with door opens to take my order....#ALREADY!!!!!!!
This place is a joke food was burnt because it was rushed because the waiter forgot about us then had them rush our order after he finally realized we we're there 1 hour after taking the order of course he tried to suck up after that..
Worse service ever tonight!! Took an hour an a half to get food they messed a couple meals up. Needless to say I am done eating there and Outback use to be my favorite place to eat. I was so mad I couldn't even eat. ���
Went there last year for our 15th Anniversary, and did it again yesterday for our 16th. Keith was a GREAT waiter, excellent food and atmosphere.
