Awful. Don't waste your time or money
Stopped by on a whim . Was headed to Golden Corral ( should’ve went there ) but they were packed . So hadn’t been to any outback since 2011 and now I remember why. 6:55pm 6/14/26 Walked in 3 top . Was immediately informed by the hostess “ We have no tables available, it’s gonna be awhile , unless I talk to the servers “ She walked away , I am counting the open clean tables that could seat 3 people. We went to Outback last night for my daughters bday dinner. Our waiter was amazing. He was on top of everything and keeping us updated on our food as well was the manager. I have celiac disease so I can NOT have any gluten and cross contamination is a huge issue when eating out. As soon as the waiter heard I have celiac he was right on top of that and told me that it was good to know that so that they can take extra care of my food so I will not have any cross contamination. For years, I’ve visited this Outback Steakhouse (Springfield Mo.) whenever I’m in town. Usually, a very good experience. This time, not so much. The Men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The smell of urine was overwhelming, even before I entered. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a very, very long time. The utensils had hardened food on them from previous users. I order the rib eye steak and the one they sent was looking really bad. I asked to be changed and got the same one filled with spect sauce to disguise it.
