Sitting at the bar ( messy ) - the bar person was overwhelmed by serving drinks & running food from the kitchen to bar patrons. Placing a drink order (13-15 minutes) / placed food order at same time & food arrived (1) hour later. Other customers arriving after us were served dinners before us makes zero sense. Lastly a simple salad w/ chicken ( prepared incorrectly) = last visit to Longhorn.
