Great experience with ms. Sims the waitress very tending with our guests. Would definitely recommend to go back! 🙂
A full sweet tea was spilled on my friend and her boyfriend this Sunday evening (8/24/25). While we understand that accidents happen, the way the situation was handled by the manager on duty was very disappointing. The only solution offered was a wet towel, and unfortunately, her demeanor came across as dismissive, rude, and lacking in empathy. We felt the situation could have been handled with much more professionalism and care. Worst experience we have ever had at an Outback.
We always enjoy dining at the Viera Outback when we're in town. The food is consistently good, the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. A special shout out to Mia. Great personality and service.
Service was good, food was good. But place was not very busy & still took over 30 minutes to receive our food. No explanation or anything. Would somewhat understand if they were packed but there weren't more than 8 tables occupied, no excuse.
