I've been here twice and both times were not good. The first time our streaks were not good, they were cooked wrong. The service was terrible they forgot us, took an hour to get our food. We gave it another try...my kids sirloin was soooo bad it was inedible. Seriously I'm not even exaggerating I took a bite and had to spit it out. It was so tough it couldn't even be chewed. Who gives a kid a hockey puck to eat?? They did take the meal off the bill as they should have. Worst steak I've even had!! We will not be going back
Great experience with ms. Sims the waitress very tending with our guests. Would definitely recommend to go back! 🙂
A full sweet tea was spilled on my friend and her boyfriend this Sunday evening (8/24/25). While we understand that accidents happen, the way the situation was handled by the manager on duty was very disappointing. The only solution offered was a wet towel, and unfortunately, her demeanor came across as dismissive, rude, and lacking in empathy. We felt the situation could have been handled with much more professionalism and care. Worst experience we have ever had at an Outback.
We always enjoy dining at the Viera Outback when we're in town. The food is consistently good, the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. A special shout out to Mia. Great personality and service.
