It’s sad how far the Outback has fallen from it’ prime. Thirty dollar steak dinner, fly in the salad and a busboy that hungout leaning over the back of a booth the whole time on his phone. Oh yeah the restaurant was super cold, the near to empty parking lot should have been the first clue that this was not a good choice.
Great experience overall. Food and service was exquisite. Everything was perfect except the cold temperature but in the middle of the summer in Alabama thats hard to complain about.
Very slow service on Mother's Day
I haven’t been here in probably 10 plus years, but I had gotten a gift card and wanted to use it. When I walked in, there was someone at the host stand. I wasn’t greeted though because she was talking to another employee. Thankfully, the bar was in sight, so I made my way there. They didn’t have any tea or bread, and the only steaks they had were filets and sirloins. I wanted a ribeye. My experience with Outback Lately has been terrible. It’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone for curbside when you order over the phone. Sometimes it’s impossible to order online from the menu. Test, I tried for 20 minutes. They kept putting me on hold, and when I arrived at the restaurant, everyone was laughing and talking as if they had no Job. I was hungry and tired and made to feel humiliated as well.
