Great location, Perfect atmosphere, it’s my birthday, We ordered Ribeye steak with grilled shrimp / coconut shrimp/loaded baked potato / broccoli/ chips and spinach dip. Our server Ian was awesome, very polite and attentive, always smiling and checking in . The dessert topped it off chocolate cake with ice cream on top and whipped cream with chocolate crumbles and chocolate syrup. Great price and no wait time. Got seated just as we walked in.
Arrived and the table wasn’t ready but I was not mad, I was still waiting on the rest of my party. However, they never brought utensils to the table. I had to request them, my server seemed very out of it. She came to our table maybe 4-5 times throughout the entire night to check if we needed anything. I took my granddaughters out for lunch. 94.00 later for a rubbery lobster tail and a chewy steak as big as a brownie best girls said the mac and cheese was disgusting. Needless to say I was very disappointed as Outback is always been one of my favorite places to go.
We ordered online to pick up. Outback knocked it out of the park. Food was cooked as ordered. They included all the extras we asked for like roasted garlic butter and A1 sauce, extra croutons and dressing. The best dinner we have had in awhile!
