Super slow service. Extremely slow... Takes forever to be seated and twice as long to get your food.
It’s actually refreshing to have any customer service hold them selves accountable after making a mistake. We made an online order and were given the wrong order “mistakes happen”. I was expecting to call in and be gaslit as this seems to be the most common tactic so many places are using these days to avoid accountability. It has been a while since I have been to Outback because it just wasn't good. But we tried again and it was very good! The toowanda salmon was delicious. I will be back for that.
Swing and a MAJOR miss. “Cheeseburger” asked for medium , came out WELL DONE. As you can see had to pick, peel, and fold the cheese back on. Burger was cold, in areas. Wife got French onion soup, that cheese was so burnt neither couldn’t eat. Male waiter forgot to come back and take our order after serving us drinks. Had to flag him down. And no, I could count on two hands how many people were in the building. He was spending a wonderful amount of time wearing suits for some reasons lol.
