Waitress was not paying attention to our needs. Sat down and was not given a menus. She asked if she could take our order and had to be told we didn't have menus. Brought our blooming onion and we had to ask for plates. Never refilled our drinks, never asked how our meal was. Had to ask for bill and then it took her over 1/2 hour to bring it. Very poor service!
If you've been to an Outback Steakhouse, this is one of them.
Get here about 5:45 pm. Get told it's a 15 minute wait..no biggie. End up getting seated 35 minutes later. Hostess apologized and said they were super busy, which I then said no you're not, there are a ton of empty tables so why it took 35 minutes to get seated I'll never understand. She said they were short staffed. I understand being short staffed but say that from the start so customers know it'll be a long wait for a table and for your meal.
