Went here on Saturday night with a 7pm reservation for a small birthday dinner. We all ordered our drinks (few waters, couple sodas, and 1 alcoholic beverage) and it took 20mins just to receive those. After 30mins we were able to place our food orders. It took them over an hour to get our food to the table. Waitress never came over to fill drinks in the meantime nor came to at least offer an explanation of why it was taking so long. Called ahead at 620pm and was told that we would be added to the 30min wait list. Arrived at 650pm to be told that we were just added to the now 20min wait list. We sat down at 720pm and placed our full order at around 740ish, we received our blooming onion and drinks at 800pm.. we were waiting and waiting and waiting at 850pm our waitress finally comes to our table (she was so nice though) and told us that her system crashed when our order was placed it never went through. Sat at the bar for 5 minutes before having to ask for someone. Meanwhile they are laughing and having a blast in the back. The hostess I said something to just looked at me and said nothing.
John is an excellent server. He is extremely attentive and very friendly. He made some good suggestions and he did not hurry us. I appreciate this. The gravy on the chop steak was very good and it was cooked perfectly. The salad is fresh and so was the bread. My steak on the salad was cooked perfectly. It was spiced just right. All in all I couldn't find anything that wasn't perfect.
The food was delicious the steak was perfectly cooked and the service was fantastic
