So love the food at outback but the Cary location is one of the worst as far as customer service with take out. We have now ordered curb side take out twice and both times it’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone when you do they simply put you on hold immediately and the lines goes dead… so I guess if you are wanting takeout don’t go to this location hopefully the service inside is better but curbside at this location is a battle and not worth the hassle.
Unacceptable, i've been waiting for 20 minutes and my food still hasn't been delivered
