We had an awesome lunch and phenomenal service from Vanessa at this Outback Steakhouse during a visit to Shoreline Village over Thanksgiving Break! I took one of the kids I watch out for a “big girl lunch” and we had a blast! Fresh hot bread, Bloomin’ fried shrimp, Caesar Salad, a Bloomin’ Burger with loaded baked potato for me, a Cheeseburger for her along with fresh fruit and then we split a small sized lava cake. Vanessa was awesome! She checked on us during our meal and REALLY MADE ME FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER!
Went there last night for my Birthday with my 2 adult children. Took 90 minutes for our food to get to us, had to put money in the meter 2x. By the time the food came it just wasn't good. 2 Caesar salads, 1 too much dressing, the other none. The bill was $125. Lesson learned. We will not be going back. It's a shame it's not as good as it once was, especially since they are so expensive. Kids on the other side of the divider had their iPad on loud!
I Love this place since next door at chili's they had refuse us the patio since I have a child with autism and can't stand loud noises so we came next door to outback and they were so friendly they open the patio and turn on the heater for us. this place is our favorite when we come down here
