This management team is spot on! Even the manager is contributing to a even flow. I seen not one cell phone in employees hands while I dined at this establishment. That is so rare in this phone crazy generation.
So we brought my Dad here for an early Father’s Day dinner. He only ever orders salmon at every restaurant he goes to. We got our drinks and appetizer then started placing our order for dinner. He ordered first, selecting the perfectly grilled salmon. We’ve had it many many times and it’s delicious. But the waiter promptly said - oh we are out of salmon. It’s was 5:15 on a Friday night!!??
