Last night I witnessed one of the most discouraging situations involving a family treating a staff member terribly. The three of them left a bad review acting entitled and showing no appreciation for the sacrifices hardworking people make every day just to serve others and provide for their families. Yesterday my daughter and family went to dinner and received terrible service, mockery, and mistreatment, especially from the manager, supposedly named Di Angelo. He was very rude to my daughter, who is a woman. The food was awful with a very poor presentation. When we complained and asked why the dish looked so bad, he replied that that's how the dish was supposed to be and that he couldn't do anything about it, in an annoying and rude manner.
