Leider haben wir weder das bestellte Essen noch die bestellte Garstufe bekommen, fr ein Steakhouse eine Katastrophe...geschmeckt hats einem von drei zumindest...Fazit: Da brauchst nicht hin...
RUDE Rude. Better customer service should be practiced over the phone. I’ve called to make a reservation and the person was irritated and simply gave me a one-word response and hung up the phone on my face.
I wasn’t having a good meal experience at Outback steak house during my visit, so much so that I almost considered not returning. After my interaction with assistant manager Robert K, he introduced himself and after our interaction I was, very happy with his accommodations, and would be very happy to return again. Thank you Robert.
We were served by Hy (I think that’s how it’s spelt) and he was a brilliant host, very knowledgeable and honest. We all had the premium New York strip and it might be the best steak I’ve ever had. Amazing meal.
