Extremely Disappointing Experience at Outback Steakhouse Our recent visit to Outback Steakhouse was, without question, one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Very busy and huge portiins.
I was a bit disappointed in service tonight. Last night’s service was better. It took a long time after I ordered to get my drink and was never offered a refill. It took a long time to get served. The blondie cookie & ice cream dessert was good
We’ve eaten at this Outback several times. As far as outback’s go it’s definitely a good one. We went on one very busy night and they seemed ill equipped to handle it and it was over an hour and a half from the time we ordered (2 diners) , to the time we got our check. That night my food was cold and it took so long to get I just ate the cold food. Went to Outback in Keizer yesterday for a birthday dinner and boy was it disappointing. I ordered a rib eye with lobster and veggies, the lobster was the only thing edible. I could not tell if the steak was old or seasoned incorrectly, two bites in and I was done. The broccoli was like rubber and the baked potatoes were under cooked. My wife had a ceased salad that looked like the lettuce was picked last week, wilted and brown, no Parmesan.
