We had my dad’s 80th birthday here so there were 12 of us. My family has various dietary restrictions and they were so accommodating and patient. All of the food was perfect and came out exactly as requested. The server, Rebecca, was able to go with the flow with jokes, seating changes, and all the chaos that comes with a large group. We will continue to choose this location and go out of our way to be taken care of this way. Thank you
I gave her i star because I couldn't go lower. I was in restroom and the server came out of the stall and didn't wash her hands. I didn't know she was a server until I saw her waiting on a customer.
Surprisingly Outback has still got it! I only ordered the Kokkobura wings but they were crispy and delicious. Service was friendly as well at this Silver Spring location. I don’t do chains too much but I’m glad I tried them again. Solid!
How impressive. The service here was next level. I had at least 5 different people come up to me to make sure I was doing okay. Quick service. Quick refills. Food tasted good. It was a great lunch. The only issue is that they were slow to clean the empty tables.
Really kind and efficient staff. I just want to let teachers know if you miss the London pubs where you can go and grade papers and have a beer as a norm . . . Well Outback has free wifi and is not busy (sad really as staff is so great), is quiet, booths galore AND free wifi!
