This outback was the worst. We were 7 people and we got charged for 8 steaks and a hamburger. We only ordered 6 steak dinners. The manager said she would fix it and give us our money back. Then she said she could give us the money back on the 2 steak dinners. My niece took me out for dinner on my birthday. She still has not received her money back for the 2 dinners we didn’t order.
No refills offered. More than one items from order missing. Server was aloof and everyone else was rude.
Called and asked to speak to a manager about my bad to go experience and no one called me back.
On 7/27/26 my girlfriend and I went here for dinner. I ordered Fillet Mignon. What arrived wasn’t Fillet Mignon. It was thin, square and looked like a Wendy’s patty, except it was dry and tough. The waitress apologized and said at first she didn’t think it was Fillet Mignon, but the manager assured her it was. I’m thinking they either ran out or were trying to pull a fast one on me. I sent it back and had something else. They burned the bridges with this unacceptable behavior, no reason to ever go back. Shame on you.
